Parents will be contacted by the school to set up an appointment for an assessment and parent interview. After the results are available, parents will receive an email with a decision letter.

Required Documents
Once all the required documentation has been received, a preliminary review will occur.
The admissions office will then contact the family with next steps. The required documents are:
- Application Form
- Birth certificate
- Immigration Clearance/ Passport
- School Report Card (PS-Grade 12) (official transcript for Grades 9-12)
- Student Transfer Form
- Parents’/Guardians’ Character Reference
- Medical Examination Form (PS required) or C.I. Government White Card
- Immunization Record
- Emergency Health Form
- $100 Application fee (non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deductible)
Admission Criteria
Applicants to Triple C School will be considered for enrollment on a student-by-student basis according to the following criteria as applicable by grade:
- The parent and student are in support of Triple C School’s mission and philosophy as a Christian school.
- Applicants should demonstrate evidence of success in a traditional classroom setting, proficiency at the 50th percentile or higher in Reading and Math on standardized testing including our admissions assessment, be on or above grade level, and have a minimum of a 2.5 unweighted GPA (in core classes and overall).
- Students with an IEP, or other accommodation plan must meet the admission requirements and understand admission may not be offered if it is determined that Triple C School is unable to meet the specific academic, emotional, medical, or behavioral needs of the student. If the student is offered admission, they may be required to enroll in an educational support program at an additional cost.
- The student should have a clean discipline history with no suspensions, expulsions, or history of behavioral issues.

Application Outcomes
Placement Offered- Student is offered placement at Triple C School. Pending parental interview with administration.
Placement Denied- Placement not granted to student. The school is unable to accommodate the student’s current needs.
Placement Deferred- Placement deferred to a future quarter or year or the application is deemed incomplete.
Once an offer of enrollment has been presented to the family, the $400 nonrefundable, nontransferable capital fee is due immediately to secure the child’s space.

Tuition and Fees
At Triple C School, we are committed to partnering with you to improve our children’s academic and spiritual development. Investing in a private school is a big decision that requires careful financial planning. As you’ll find through our process, our families find great value in the education their child receives at Triple C School and the foundation we build together in partnership with the parents and the church. Triple C School tuition payments are made to our bursar or via bank transfer.
